Наречие en переводится как оттуда.
Примеры:
Sont-ils déjà revenus de leur congé ? – Non, ils n’en sont pas encore revenus.
Sortis les assiettes du buffet. – Je les en ai déjà sorties.
Наречие y переводится как туда, там.
Примеры:
Quand allez-vous à la mer ? - Nous y allons à la fin d’août.
Ils y nage depuis une heure déjà.
Замечание: в futur simple с глаголом aller y не употребляется, вместо него используется là-bas
Est-ce que tu as déjà été dans le magasin ? – Non, j’irai là-bas demain.
